Booking conditions

Hotel Freeland only accepts reservation requests that are done with a valid credit card (Visa, Maestro, American Express). Therefore you will have to provide Hotel Freeland a credit card number with expiration date. This can be done through email, telephone or fax. If you would like to make a reservation without a credit card then the whole amount of the stay should be transferred as quickly as possible but ultimately within a week to Hotel Freeland: bank account 65.84.24.882. The international codes of the account are: IBAN: NL26 INGB 0658 4248 82 and BIC: INGBNL2A

Hotel Freeland is entitled to authorize the credit card for the amount of the first night

A cancellation should be done at least five days before arrival, otherwise one night will be charged.
For bookings of groups of 6 persons or more Hotel Freeland has a cancellation policy of four weeks in advance.

In case of a no-show, the whole stay will be charged
